Shipping Policy
We at The Apothecary Cabinet take great care in packing and shipping your treasures. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
🕰️ Processing & Delivery Times
- In-stock items typically ship within 5 to 21 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Please allow up to 5 business days for payment processing.
- Once your order has been packaged, no changes can be made.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you’d like to cancel an order after it ships, you may refuse the package. Once returned to us, we will credit you for the merchandise (shipping and return fees will still apply).
🚚 Shipping Method & Fees
- We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, calculated according to current USPS rates.
- A $21.00 fee per box will apply for any address changes after an order has shipped.
💸 Sales Tax
Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to NC sales tax as required by law.
Customers outside NC are responsible for any applicable taxes in their state or jurisdiction.
🖊️ Typographical Errors
Sometimes our potions are perfect… but our typos? Not so much.
If you spot an incorrect price or detail, please let us know so we can make it right. Errors may be due to typos, supplier input, or updates not yet reflected online.
