• In-stock items typically ship within 5 to 21 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Please allow up to 5 business days for payment processing.
• Items on backorder may take more than 21 business days to ship, depending on availability.
• Once your order has been packaged, no changes can be made.
• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If you’d like to cancel an order after it ships, you may refuse the package. Once returned to us, we will credit you for the merchandise (shipping and return fees will still apply).

Each Repository is a bespoke experience, crafted with intention and mystery. Because these boxes are hand-curated at the time of your order, please allow a bit of extra time for the magick to unfold. Shipping for Keeper’s Repository orders may exceed the standard 21 business days as each one is assembled with care, love, and just the right touch of stardust to avoid repeat items. Trust us — it’s worth the wait.

🚚 Shipping Method & Fees

• We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, calculated according to current USPS rates.
• A $21.00 fee per box will apply for any address changes after an order has shipped.

💸 Sales Tax

Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to NC sales tax as required by law.
Customers outside NC are responsible for any applicable taxes in their state or jurisdiction.

Sometimes our potions are perfect… but our typos? Not so much.
If you spot an incorrect price or detail, please let us know so we can make it right. Errors may be due to typos, supplier input, or updates not yet reflected online.
