Space Cowboy is a rotating seasonal microlot that we're particularly excited about. Something surprising. Something different. Something eye-opening. Basically the David Bowie of coffees.

Right now it's a natural process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Mrs. Tigest Wako, a member of the Cafe Imports/Lulo Small Farmers Project, which helps ensure transparency and allows producers more control over pricing and contracts. We love it when we find naturals like this one - sweet, balanced, and not overly zingy.
