✦ Terms of Service: Circle of Keys Affiliate Program

Welcome to The Circle of Keys—a sacred (and slightly chaotic) alliance of affiliates for The Apothecary Cabinet. Before you collect your key and start casting your links into the world, please read through the following terms. They’re not written in Latin or Elvish, but we do expect you to abide by them.

🕯️ 1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 or older
  • Have a working email address
  • Not be a total creep or troll
  • Actually like the kind of products we sell (don’t fake it for the money—we’ll know)

💸 2. Commission Structure

You earn:

  • 20% on physical products
  • 40% on digital downloads
  • 30% on subscriptions to The Midnight Study (when it launches)

Payouts are typically made monthly. Minimum payout threshold: $20.
We pay via PayPal and CashApp.

🔑 3. Your Key (a.k.a. Affiliate Code)

Each approved affiliate receives a unique key—this is your coupon code or referral link.
You can share it via:

  • Social media
  • Your blog or website
  • Your coven (digital or otherwise)
  • Conversations with your mailman (if it feels right)

Do not:

  • Spam random people
  • DM strangers uninvited
  • Pretend to be someone else
  • Post your code in coupon scraping sites

We are not here for shady marketing. ✨ Respect the magick.

📬 4. Communication

We’ll send you occasional updates, campaign news, and maybe some really pretty images.
By joining, you agree to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe, but like… then how would you know what’s coming next?

🚫 5. Removal from the Program

We reserve the right to revoke your key and boot you from the Circle if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Are caught doing shady shit
  • Become hostile, toxic, or otherwise dangerous to the vibe
  • Try to summon an MLM demon into our house

You will lose your commission eligibility if removed for violations. No hard feelings (unless you bring the drama, then… hexes).

🧾 6. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes on any income earned through this program. We’re witches, not tax advisors.

✨ 7. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update these terms whenever the stars shift—or when the IRS tells us to.
We’ll notify you if any major changes occur.
